Where should I live in Tokyo and why?

Hi, I’m supposed to start working teaching english in Tokyo in March but need to give them a preference of where to live by the end of the month. I have the option between several districts (Koshigaya, Chiba, Nishi Tokyo, Joban, Yokohama, Sagami, Tamagawa, Omiya, Higashi Tokyo) and several cities in each district. I need help deciding where! My research has shown me alot of the same concerning most. Thank you!

The easiest place for foreigners to live is the west side of Tokyo (Setagaya) and Yokohama, the most convenient is near a big JR station, the cheapest is east tokyo and all suburbs, if you like the Japanese traditional life come live near me in Asakusa! My dream area to live would be Tamagawa, although places are small. Map these! Go for Tamagawa!
